We are giving away Free Coats to children in need of coats for the upcoming Fall and Winter Season. We will be giving the coats away at the East End Library at 1200 North 25th Street, Richmond, VA 23223. All coats were donated to our organization thanks to donors and other supportive organizations of the One Warm Coat Organization.
